Bryan Bros. Inspire Young Players at “Be Legendary” Event

Mar 16, 2025

The International Tennis Hall of Fame’s (ITHF) Be Legendary initiative made a meaningful impact at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells.

Kim Clijsters, Rosie Casals, and the Bryan Brothers visited Desert Hot Springs High School for a clinic, giving students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play with tennis legends. Middle schoolers from the Grassroots Junior Tennis program also had the chance to rally with the Hall of Famers.

Prior to the clinic, students learned about the players’ careers, and some attended the tournament to visit the ITHF’s Letters to Greatness booth and watch matches. One student from the group was selected to attend the Hall of Fame induction ceremony for the Bryan Brothers in Newport.

Beyond tennis, the Be Legendary program promotes life lessons in integrity, gratitude, and resilience through the personal stories of Hall of Famers.

The campaign launched in Melbourne at the Australian Open and has followed the ATP Tour to Dallas. Upcoming stops include the Miami Open, Wimbledon, Newport, and the US Open.
